Less than 40 min from Dodgers , Angels,Lakers, Clippers, Kings,Ram's ,Chargers, USC ,UCLA ---all soccer and other attractions. Large private driveway to accommodate as many as 4 cars off street parking. Large enclosed yard with bbque. Washer dryer, Kuerig coffee maker, Smart TV, Sonos sound system, Central A/C, and heat.
