Welcome to the Downtown Delight, a bright and comfortable second-floor space within a charming historic Galveston home. You will be staying in UNIT 2. With two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and plenty of room to gather, this suite is perfect for families or friends looking to stay close to the Strand and Cruise terminals. SUITE IS LOCATED IN A SHARED HOME.

● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.

● Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, half mile from the cruise ship terminal.

● Beach Access: Less than a 5 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.

● Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed

● Parking: There is room for 2 vehicles on the street. Street parking only. Must display permit provided in house. A $250 fee will be charged for any lost permits.

Set on the second floor of a beautiful historic home, the Downtown Delight Unit 2 offers classic Galveston character with modern comfort. Step into a spacious layout that includes a welcoming living room and a kitchen area made for sharing meals together.

The quaint kitchen is ready for morning coffee conversations and joyous family dinners. Two inviting bedrooms provide restful spaces for your entire party: one with a king bed, and another with a full-over-queen bunk and twin/twin trundle bed. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room adds extra flexibility.

This unit is one of four private units within the property, offering privacy for your group while sharing the charm of this historic home.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

By completing your reservation, you agree to our rental terms and conditions, which include identity verification before check-in. Depending on the property and booking, you may be required to:

● Provide a government-issued photo ID
● Provide a valid credit card with a name matching your ID
● Confirm your contact information
● Complete our verification portal

Check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is complete. All information collected is used solely for screening and verification — it is not stored or shared for any other purpose.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- Pets are not allowed
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
