A stone villa with private pool and panoramic sea view

Nektarios Villa is built on a property of 1000 sq.m. The whole front part of the garden is covered with grass and has amazing view. Next to the villa is the 35sq.m. swimming pool and around it there are sunbeds and parasols for relaxing moments doing nothing but admiring the view and enjoying the tranquillity of the area. The barbecue is under a wooden pergola in one corner of the lawned garden. Behind the house there is the parking area, flowers and trees.


The villa is 120 sq.m. and built on two floors. At the ground floor there are a cosy sitting/dining area with a fireplace, a fully equipped open plan kitchen with table and chairs and a bathroom. Stairs lead to the first floor, where a bathroom, a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms are found. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have French doors leading to private balconies with panoramic view.


Nektarios Villa is located in a peaceful area, among olive groves, 800m from the coastal village of Maleme. As it is built on a hill it offers wonderful panoramic view of the Cretan Sea and Maleme Village. Maleme is a historic village; in front of the villa is the old airport, the centre of replenishment for the western Crete during the World War II. Now the village is a popular destination and provides all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay: supermarkets, bakeries, drug store, restaurants, bars and of course a crystal, clear sea.

Das Haus ist wunderschön in idyllischer Lage inmitten von Olivenbäumen mit traumhaftem Meerblick. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, guckt nach dem Rechten, frische Orangen gab es zur Begrüßung. Wenn man etwas unternehmen möchte, ist ein Auto notwendig. Allerdings fährt der Bus nach Chania regelmäßig und nur ca. 10 Minuten entfernt ab. Wir kommen bestimmt gerne wieder!

Dejligt hus og beliggenheden, men kørselsvejledningen til huset var meget mangelfuld (ingen konkret adresse at køre efter og de angivne GPS koordinater var forkerte) og adressen var svær at finde. Især om aftenen.

Tolle Villa mit super Blick

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Villa Nektarios verbracht. Der Pool und der Blick auf das Meer waren wunderbar, wir haben gut geschlafen, und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen. Vom sehr netten und aufmerksamen Gastgeber bekamen wir zur Begrüßung ein große Schale Orangen und eine Flasche Wein. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Jederzeit wieder!

Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub in der Villa Nektarios verbracht! Das Haus liegt sehr schön am Hang mit idyllischem Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Es ist etwas abgelegen, sodass man Ruhe hat aber es ist trotzdem möglich, Strand, Restaurants und einen Supermarkt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Trotzdem würden wir sehr stark empfehlen, einen Mietwagen einzuplanen. Der Pool und der riesige Garten sind super! Wir wurden auch sehr freundlich mit einem riesigen Obstkorb und Wein empfangen. Es gab jeden Morgen frisch gepressten Orangensaft zum Frühstück! Wir wurden auch mehrmals mit selbstgemachten Keksen und lokalen Spezialitäten verwöhnt. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht. Im Garten ist auch ein großer gemauerter Holzkohlegrill mit schöner Sitzecke. Der Besitzer ist sehr oft vorbeigekommen um nachzusehen, ob alles in Ordnung ist! Insgesamt haben wir uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen!! Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

Schöner Urlaub

Lage: top, jedoch ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen. Das En-suite Badezimmer ist nicht zu benutzen, kleiner als ein Gäste WC und somit setzt man ALLES unter Wasser. Alles andere ist nicht zu beanstanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolles Haus

Das Haus ist wunderschön uns sauber. Einmal pro Woche wurde das Haus gereinigt und die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher gewechselt. Die Aussicht auf das Meer herrlich. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 15 Minuten an tollen Tavernen. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine riesen Schale Orangen, so dass es täglich frisch gepressten Orangensaft gab. Vielen Dank für den unvergleichlich schönen Aufenthalt.

We had a wonderful week in this villa. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. It was very clean and everything was cleaned midweek as well. All the bedding and towels were changed too.

Perfekter Urlaub

Die Lage ist einfach herrlich, unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen! Eine ruhige Lage und ideal für alle, die Erholung und Ruhe abseits vom Trubel suchen. Der Vermieter hat sich mehrmals davon überzeugt, dass alles okay ist. Ein kleines Problem mit der Klimaanlage wurde umgehend bereinigt. In Maleme gibt es genügend Tavernen, in denen man sehr gut und auch günstig speisen kann. Es war für uns rundum der perfekte Urlaub.

Tolle Villa in wunderschöner Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Schöne Villa mit super Ausblick aufs Meer. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Pool und die große Rasenfläche. Gut gefallen hat uns auch der überdachte Tisch vor dem Haus, könnte man morgens wunderbar frühstücken. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
