We don’t provide cable or streaming subscriptions, but all of our TVs are smart TVs, so you can easily log in with your own streaming accounts during your stay.

Your booking includes access to the main home, the front yard, designated parking, and both screened-in patios.

Bathrooms stocked with shampoo, body wash, and conditioner for Ginger Lily Farms.

We provide a starter pack of other supplies. It is your responsibility to replenish as needed.

Please Note:
A garage apartment is also located on this property. While there are no shared common areas for guests, the driveway is sectioned to provide access to the apartment. There is also a locked owner’s closet inside the home that should not be opened.

Safety Features: Ring cameras at the front door and side door, along with exterior security cameras monitoring the property’s entrances, driveway, and front yard for guest safety.

Child Safety: The home is not childproofed. Please supervise children at all times.

Maintenance: Routine services such as lawn care, pest control, or garbage pickup may occur during the stay.

No Smoking, Vaping or Hookahs: Guests may be subject to an additional $500 deep cleaning fee if there is any noticeable odor or evidence of smoking or vaping inside or outside the property.

No Parties, Events, Loud Noise: Noise detection devices are required on site by the city of Tampa. Noise complaints by neighbors may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

A $350 security deposit will be collected for your stay. This is not an additional charge, but a hold on your card. The deposit will be automatically released within 7 days of checkout, provided there is no damage to the property or missing items.

Additionally, a 4% non-refundable credit card fee will be applied to your total booking amount.
No Parties or Events
Absolutely no parties, gatherings, or events. Any violation will result in immediate cancellation of your stay and a $500 fee.

No Pets
This property is strictly pet-free.

No Smoking
No smoking or vaping inside the home or near open windows/doors.
A $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected anywhere on the property.

Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

No Unregistered Guests
Only the guests included in your reservation are permitted on the property.

No Commercial Use
No photo shoots, filming, business operations, or other commercial activities without prior written approval.

No Mail or Packages Delivered
Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the property.

Minimum Age Requirement
The primary guest must be 25 years or older to book.

All guests must confirm the full guest count, purpose of stay, and acknowledgment of the house rules within 24 hours of booking. Unresponsive guests may have their reservation cancelled.
