Super comfy queen size bed, over-stuffed sofa, fireplace, office area, a darling kitchen and a full washer and dryer in the basement. Located in a beautiful, very walkable, historic neighborhood called Silver Hill. Literally, more than 50 restaurants within a 15 minute stroll.
The property was built in 1908 by a family locating to Albuquerque for the railroad. The unit faces the garden and has a large patio with furniture and a gas grill. Many guest have stayed months at a time and throughly enjoyed their extended stays.

In 1991 I opened a jewelry manufacturing company in Albuquerque. After 22 years of success, it's about time to start a new career path. The VRBO experience has been very fulfilling. I have enjoyed meeting all the guests from around the world. Movie producers from France and other parts, a university professor from Germany stayed six months, twice now, and one couple decided to stay and live at one of furnished the single family homes. They have been there three years now.

The location of Silver Hill Casita makes it the ideal starting point for an Albuquerque experience. It is set in a walkable, well established neighborhood just a couple blocks from UNM campus and Presbyterian Hospital No busy roads to navigate to get to the places popular among the locals. And if you have one too many. You can always stroll home.

What makes this property unique

Super comfy queen sized bed. Full chefs kitchen with the necessary appliances and utensils. A gas grill for the big BBQ's. The owner loves to garden. So if you visit in season, prepare to have lots of fresh tomato salads!
