Exquisitely appointed Northern New Mexico style Casita located in the heart of Old Town just steps away from the historic plaza. “CASA AZUL” is the perfect get away with over the top ammenities. An inviting private courtyard with mature trees and gardens awaits you. The spacious great room is graced with an inviting adobe fireplace, red brick flooring and a wood beamed ceiling. The kitchen decor features granite counter tops, authentic retro appliances, a washer/dryer unit and handcrafted Route 66 dining table. The bedroom suite includes a premium mattress draped with plush down comforter, custom duvet and cotton-rich linens. The bathroom is decorated in a warm pumpkin spice and accented with traditional Mexican tiles. It contains a full-sized tub and vanity. All rooms are tastefully decorated with contemporary southwest furnishings, art and accessories made by New Mexico artisans.

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA (10 minutes from airport and within Old Town Historic Plaza and close to many attractions.

Accommodations: Casita with full kitchen, bath, sleeper-sofa in great room and queen size bed. Sleeps 2 or 4 comfortably

Denise the owner is wonderful- she is available via text throughout your stay. The place was very tidy and right in the heart of downtown old town.We did not use all the listed amenities, but what we did use was perfect for our particular stay.

My husband and I loved our stay at Casa Azul. It was spotless and beautiful and very comfortable. It is the absolute perfect location for enjoying the charm of Old Town, annd we really enjoyed the lovely, peaceful courtyard. It feels very private and secluded, but you are still steps away from everything in Old Town. We really loved breakfast at Tiny Grocer ABQ, which we probably would not have discovered if not staying so close to it. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Casa Azul is truly a gem in the heart of Old Town Albuquerque. Location is perfect and the accommodations are fantastic! Beautifully decorated, completely furnished with anything and everything a visiting guest could want or need, this property is the perfect combination of comfort, efficiency and convenience. Very quiet and peaceful but within walking distance of all that Old Town has to offer. Restaurants, shopping, art and historic sites are all within a few minutes walk. Host communications were excellent beginning with planning and through departure. Will book again ! Thank you!

To start - this place has an awesome location.  There are literally a museum, great restaurants, and shops right next door.  The host also provides a parking pass for an area right next to the rental, so parking in Old Town was a breeze.  Even with everything around, the location was surprisingly quiet.  There was a very nice outdoor area to relax, and it was secure enough that our dog could hang out with us outside.  Inside was very comfortable with a great living space and a well-stocked kitchen.  Highly recommend a visit!

This is our second stay at this beautiful rental in the middle of Old Town Albuquerque. The house is not only beautifully decorated with the theme of Old Town but the extras offer anything you may need. The private yard is a favorite of ours: enjoying warmth of the sun in the swing, playing cards on the patio furniture and grilling while watching the sunset. We would highly recommend staying here and a plus you can bring your pet!

My wife declared this to be the best VRBO we've stayed at... it is a charming, older adobe home that has been kept in great condition. Clean and welcoming, it is located in easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the plaza (comeplete with live music on the weekend). There is some great hiking and historical sites nearby as well.

Great place in a great location

Loved this little place just inside old town. We walked to shops, bars, dinner and just enjoyed the surrounding area. Great place, had a nice little fire, watched a movie at night. It has everything you need. Great place.
