Main Level:
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is ideal for spending quality time together. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, and breakfast bar—ready for all your vacation cooking needs. The spacious dining and living area opens onto one of TWO private balconies. Sip your favorite drink or enjoy a meal outdoors while taking in views of the Gulf.

Second Level:
Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry closet for your convenience. The master suite is a tranquil retreat with a plush king bed, private balcony boasting breathtaking Gulf views, a walk-in closet, cable TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom features a cozy queen bed with ample storage, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests with two twin beds. Spring break

The condo was large and spacious! It was in walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It faces the road which makes for a decent view, however, there is a lot of road noise. Also, there is only one tv in the unit. Another tv in the unit would have been helpful as we had 3 adults and two teens in our group.

Everything was wonderful. We all had a very nice time. Very clean and well supplied. We only had a few problems that we made the best of. The mattress on the pull out couch is very thin and springs uncomfortable. We put towels and blankets on top before putting sheets on and the boys were fine. No pillows for pull out couch but we had brought our on. Refrigerator took a day to get good and cold so we used cooler to keep drinks cold. The view is beautiful and the pool was very nice. All and all we had a wonderful time and will conceder going back next year.

The map on this listing shows the wrong location. Also the address that VRBO gives you after booking is not the address of the rental. This property is actual a couple miles south of here, in Treasure Island FL The rental was very nice, however the communications with the real estate agency was very poor. They don't return emails at all, you have to call during business hours.

Location, location, location

The location of the property is fantastic. Walk to grocery and restaurants within a block or less. Enjoy the beach’s beauty even during bad weather from the comfort of your couch or bed. Street noise is a bit loud if sitting on balcony. The unit was not cleaned well upon our arrival. The floors were filthy. My husband took his shoes off at the door and a short while later his feet were black from the dirty tile floor. The dryer had wet rugs in it. The a/c filter was filthy. We offered to replace, but they sent a maintenance person the next morning to replace. The washing machine had very smelly beads in it that we never were able to get out. We are all sensitive to those types of detergents and smells. We had to rewash all our clothes when we got home because even after cleaning the washer the smell still permeated our clothes. The dryer is very noisy and takes in moisture from outside. If you don’t grab your clothes as soon as it finishes they will be damp when you come back to them. The beds are not the most comfortable. The master is very hard and the others are very soft. The unit contained plenty of towels, beach accessories and comfortable living room furniture. One TV in the entire unit. At least one TV upstairs would be nice. Overall this could be a great unit with a little bit of TLC and a deep clean. We loved the location and convenience.

We went for girls trip and had so much space! Convenient to Publix, restaurants, beach and shopping. The pool was great as well. Would book again!

Family had a good time short walk to the beach and pool . The condo was missing a bbq pit and we called and they delivered one the next day . So quick to respond . The condo had everything we needed we had a great time .

Not clean but great location

The floor in this condo is filthy. You must wear your shoes at all times because if you take them off your feet will be black in minutes. We brought my 8 month old niece, she was crawling on the floor and her hands and legs were black with dirt. There was hair in the shower drain. No toilet paper, paper towel or trash bags upon arrival, we had to go buy all our own. What made up for all this was being directly across the street from the ocean, we could watch the sunset over the ocean from our balcony. And then pool on the property was beautiful and kept very clean.

Convenient location but condo needs updated

The complex (landscaping, pool, garage) is well maintained and very conveniently located within walking distance of Publix and many restaurants/bars. The unit is a bit dated and the one TV is older. Hall bath upstairs has been renovated but the rest of the unit could use some TLC. Needs deep cleaned. Tile floors had not been washed upon our arrival. The furniture is worn and needs cleaned as does the upstairs carpeting. Beach chairs and towels were provided - a big plus. Did not report issues to management company.

Very comfortable family spot

This condo was much larger than I expected and very comfortable. Great location across from the beautiful beach and a short walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and all conveniences. Inside is very spacious and even has an electric fireplace. Property also has a pool on the canal side. Dedicated parking spot for one car was nice. Only complaint is the kitchen could have been better stocked with equipment - but did have the bare essential items needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Condo in a great location.

This beautiful condo is perfectly located on Treasure Island. It suited our family of 5 with plenty of room to relax. The 2nd and 3rd level balconies are ideal to relax on for a.m. coffee or evening sunset. The pool is very nice and and there's simple access to the beach right accross the street. An awesome choice for vacation.

Great spot. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Safe for teens to go out in a group. Would be nice if owner provided a cooler and other beach gear. Road noise is pronounced compared to units on other side. Pool is not heated would be my only complaint. 1st world problems....
