Each cottage has been meticulously renovated and has enhanced cleaning practices. It's the perfect peaceful hideaway that blends cozy warmth with modern comfort, offering a relaxing place to unwind. Fairwood Cottage and Clear Sky Cottage both have pristine interiors, thoughtful details, and a serene country setting create the perfect atmosphere for a memorable stay. With nearby wineries, hiking trails, and local dining, it is an ideal choice for couples, weekend travelers, and anyone eager to enjoy the charm of central Virginia.

This is the ideal property for two couples who want the convenience of spending time together- the cottages are a short walk apart- while each having their own privacy. Fairwood Cottage has an outdoor gas fire pit with four chairs for the entire group to enjoy evenings around the fire. Both units have ample dining areas and seating indoors for four so you can spend time together.

The location of Fairwood Cottages is about 10 minutes south of Charlottesville's Downtown Mall on Scottsville Road. Nearby attractions include Monticello, the historic home of Thomas Jefferson, Carter's Mountain Orchard, and Eastwood Farm & Winery. You're just a quick drive to the University of Virginia, over 40 local vineyards, and wedding destinations.
