Maui Sunset #A-407 is an upstairs 1 Bd 2 Bath unit with a partial ocean view, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, AC in both master bedroom and living room, and complimentary high speed wireless service. Queen bed and sofa bed. There is cable TV/ DVD and CD player in the unit for your use.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
Maui Sunset is a fabulous oceanfront property in Kihei that has lush tropical landscaping, large pool which is heated during the winter months, hot tub, gas grills, work out room and tennis courts out on the beach for your use. Guests return here year after year which says a lot about this property. Windsurf, whale watch, walk the beach and enjoy magnificent sunsets.

Great location, beautiful view

We stayed for a month. Was a great spot. Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the easy access to so many amenities in Kihei. The unit itself is a bit ‘tired, could use some fresh paint, etc. But we were very comfortable and loved the view from the 4th floor.

We enjoyed our stay! Great location, close to town for restaurants and essentials, but still has a resort feel with the pool and a stones throw from the beach. The condo could use a good overall clean, but the regularly used surfaces and linens were clean. Great place and location for the price!

The condo was near the beach, we did not have to cross a road to get to it, which we really liked. The location was great. There were several restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The pool was very nice and there were several activities on the property that we appreciated..

Cute spot, close to beach

Check in process was super easy. The place was clean with plenty of starter amenities. Cable tv was clutch for hanging out with baby. Breakfast on the balcony was super pleasant. The grounds were lovely. Pool and hot tub was nice.

Beautiful condo

Condo was very clean, had everything we needed for our vacation, especially since we didn’t want to spend every day eating out. We were able to make home cooked meals, wash our laundry and were right in front of a beautiful beach with along with a beautiful courtyard equipped with barbecue stations. Would definitely rent again and recommend to family and friends.
