Perfect place in a great location! We loved all the little touches that made us feel at home. It fit everyone in our party comfortably with room to spare. The hot tub was great, clean, hot and so relaxing! The outdoor shower for hot tub and beach sand is genius. Stay here!

Great little house with everything you need to enjoy beach and quality family time! There are lots of other rentals in the area, and we experienced some late night neighborhood noise…maybe pack earplugs just in case.

Quick trip to the coast

Lovely trip to Pacific City

Clean house in a cute neighborhood. I recommend backing in to park - or be ready to back out! Kitchen well stocked; hot tub clean and hot; comfy bed. Grateful to find a fan in each bedroom to help bring in that cool night air since we had warm days at the beach. Met a deer in the front yard!!! Would stay again!

Lovely home,great location

Beautiful newer home in quiet beach community. Super clean and very well furnished with all needed kitchenware. Beds were comfortable. Gas fireplace, fireplace and foosball table were a nice touch. Very short walk to the beach. There were toys and other items for little kids as well as beach toys , sand boards and boogie boards. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!!

Good location, nice house, wish the refrigerator worked

Everything was good except the refrigerator was not working. Local staff was kind enough to bring us ice and coolers as we were there to Dory boat fish. Still feel like we should get a credit or partial refund. Thank you.

A Very Good Stay

As advertised. A quiet, pleasant home with a 3 minute walk to the beach. It had a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable furnishings. We went mid-week with good weather and the beach was empty. We had a great time. There were some minor material issues:1) The shower door in the bathroom adjacent to the back entry is out of alignment with the frame. We used a chip clip to keep it closed while showering to keep water off the floor.2) The light bulbs in the garage and master were very dim. Did we miss something in the switch settings?3) The listed Wi-Fi network was incorrect. The VACASA rep resolved this quickly.As noted, these issues were minor. A 4 rating overall.
