This is a beautiful condo is located in the Somerset Complex, which is gated and beachfront. Recently renovated unit that easily stands out from other 2 bedroom units in the area! Don't settle on your next vacation, choose a unit that's made the upgrades and still has the relaxed beach feel you want!.
Breathtaking views of the Gulf of America with private access to the beach. The building offers two gulf front community heated pools, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal), tennis courts, pickleball courts, underground assigned parking, bike storage, lobby and a gym. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available in units storage room. Walking distance to restaurants, and much more. Concierge check in and localized management. There are restaurants, movie theater and ice cream just a short stroll across the street. If you don't want to drive, you can also walk down the beach to several restaurants. This is a 122 unit building and a wide beach lot, which means the beach is less crowded than other higher density areas.
This gorgeous condo is newly remodeled and awaiting your arrival! We have washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. The condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest. We also offer free high speed internet. You can get to the beach by elevator or stairs. It is just a short walk downstairs and you are at the Sand.
The lanai is oversized and oceanfront/beachfront. You will enjoy watching the dolphins and the amazing sunsets!
An association management fee of $160 will be added to the reservation. An application will be sent to you approximately 12 days or less before arrival and must be completed and submitted at least 7 days before arrival.
