This location was the perfect size for our family of 7 and had so many things for our little one and only 10 min away from everywhere we wanted to go. It is pristinely kept and very organized. Owners gave all the info we needed and have few and simple leaving instructions. We'll definitely stay here again!

The host was amazing, though our biggest complaint and confusion lay in the fact that this is a basement apartment, not the whole building. We later figured out it is stated in the description as a passing statement but that really hurt our stay. We weren’t able to enjoy it to the fullest because of the family upstairs was loud and disruptive while we were enjoying ourselves and due to the location heavy noise policies are in place which was not expected (we were having a bachelor party with 4 guys, and had some issues with that policy). All in all the location and place was clean, big enough and we had fun, but the problem with the sound and the upstairs tenants is why I only leave 3 stars as that heavily affected the mood and quality of our stay

We’ve never stayed at a rental 2x. But we did this one. The high standard of cleaning is impeccable. It’s spacious. Great communication with Ryan. And such a fun theater room. And we love that he allows dogs. Hopefully we can rent again next time!
