Soothing 4-bedroom house in welcoming Fryeburg perfect for families

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful hideaway in KLS. Enjoy the Mountain/lake life right here on Lower Kimball lake In Fryeburg. When you're done at the lake we offer a fire pit to relax around. The house is located just a short drive to N. Conway, Fryeburg center, hiking trails , ski resorts, snowmobile trails and anything else the White Mountains can offer. Leave your troubles at the door and enjoy our Maine Attraction " the way life should be" .
The space
First floor features an open concept with a fully equipped Kitchen and spacious living area. Enjoy puzzles, board games or simply watch a movie if you're in the mood. There is a half bathroom as well as a sunroom. The washer and dryer are in the half bathroom for your convenience. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, primary offers a King Bed, 2nd bed has a queen size, 3rd offers another Queen. In the 4th bedroom you'll find a double and a set of twin bunk beds. there's a pull out 3 rd twin under the bunks if needed. The full bathroom is upstairs as well with a full bathtub and shower.
Guest access
You have access to the entire house excluding the owners room just off of the 4th bedroom.
Other things to note
We live in a small association with a private beach . only owners, renters of owners and guests can use the beach. Please be respectful of everyone as we all work hard to keep it fun and clean for everyone.
