-No unpermitted parties. We LOVE gatherings & want this to be a place for cultivating incredible memories. So, if you do intend to have any large gatherings/ parties, please let us know prior to your arrival. We are on a septic system that limits how many guests we can host. There is a 8 person maximum per our short term rental license. Failure to let us know of any additional guests will result in a $500 fine. This includes weddings. If you`d like to host your wedding at the property you must notify us & have written approval from us prior to your arrival.
-No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
-No smoking, anywhere, at anytime in the home or on the deck.
-If you light a candle please DO NOT leave unattended.
-No fires in the fire pit while burn ban is in effect. Please contact me at if you have any questions regarding the status of the burn ban. Never leave an open flame unattended. Our mountain pines catch fire quickly!
-Should you break anything during your stay, please notify us so we are able to replace it during our cleaning.
-Should you use the washer or dryer, please leave the doors open following use.
