Summary:

Welcome to The Treehaus! A midcentury modern escape in the Mad River Valley. This one-of-a-kind getaway offers three bedrooms, two updated bathrooms, walls of windows, multiple decks (including a yoga deck!), outdoor dining...and 500 feet of frontage on the Mad River with a private swimming hole! All while being 10 minutes away from two ski resorts! Come enjoy our truly special piece of Vermont!



Pets welcome with a $100 pet fee.



The Space:

The house features three bedrooms: one queen, one full, and one twin-over-full bunk, a fully stocked, open-concept kitchen with stove, oven, toaster, two types of coffee makers (drip and pour over), WiFi, two TVs, two full bathrooms, Public Goods products, organic bed linens and towels, charcoal grill, outdoor dining and lounge areas, multiple decks, 3.25 wooded acres with trails, fire pit with Polywood Adirondack chairs, and 500 feet of river frontage on the Mad River with private river access and our own swimming hole just a few steps out our backdoor!



In addition, The Treehaus is just minutes away from some of the best attractions in Northern Vermont:



* Downtown Waitsfield (shops, dining, breweries, and more): 5 minutes

* Sugarbush Ski Resort: 10 minutes

* Mad River Glen Cooperative Skiing: 10 minutes

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house except for the basement shed area.



Other Things to Note:

Bringing your pup along? They are totally welcome with an additional $100 pet fee. Just let us know if you'll be bringing your pet along when you make your reservation.



Please note that The Treehaus is a non-smoking residence (both inside and out). Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine.



We wanted to let you know that, unfortunately, the fireplace is currently unavailable for guest use. We truly appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure it’s safe and ready for future stays.
