Spend winter days skiing or snowboarding right from the property, then return to cozy up beside the wood-burning fireplace. During warmer months, enjoy hiking, mountain biking, golf, waterfalls, and Lake Superior adventures throughout the North Shore.

Pet-Friendly: While this unit welcomes pets, they must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please be sure to select the “I am traveling with pets” box under the traveler details when making your reservation. A $125 non-refundable pet fee will apply.

Parking: One designated parking space is included. Additional resort parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Resort Amenities: Pools, hot tubs, and shared amenities are HOA-managed and may close without notice. Availability is not guaranteed, and refunds are not provided for amenity closures.

Ski Access: Ski-in/ski-out access depends on Lutsen Mountains operations, weather, snowfall, and trail availability and is outside the host’s control.

Rental Agreement: A short registration form must be completed after booking and before check-in details are released.

Cancellation Fee: A 3% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.

Weather: Refunds are not provided for weather, environmental, air-quality, or related travel disruptions, including snowstorms, icy roads, wildfire smoke, late arrivals, or early departures. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Good communication with the host. Price is fair for the location. Things that could be improved: parking for this unit is no good. That’s where everyone walks with their skis so the vehicle would surely get dinged and it was full of snow. heater thermostat must be disabled. Has pretty instructions. We had to shut the breaker off because it was 77 in there. Pet hair on the couch. Screen to the patio is not connected appropriately at the bottom. Smoke detector not working and was outdated but host is working on it. Nice that logs are provided, but there was no Tinder or kindling. All in all, we would stay here again because it’s so conveniently located on the hill.

We’re also happy you enjoyed the complimentary firewood. While we don’t provide kindling, this is noted in the information we send to guests prior to arrival so they can plan accordingly. After your stay, we discovered that the HOA had already installed a new, up-to-date smoke detector before your visit but had neglected to remove the old unit, so there was a functioning, up-to-date smoke detector in the home during your stay. Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us for your ski getaway.
