"Auszeit" Apartment - New vacation apartment surrounded by vineyards

The guest accommodation is located in a residential building along with two other units. We recently renovated the holiday rental with great care and completely refurnished it. It is located on the upper floor of the building.<br>The unit features two bedrooms, each with a double bed; a living room with a sleeper sofa; a kitchen with a dining area; a bathroom; and a hallway.<br>The holiday rental has a total area of 60 m².<br>Guests have access to all areas of the holiday rental, as well as to the basement, which includes a laundry and drying room and a storage room.<br>Our holiday rental is located in the Bosel Landscape Conservation Area, right on the Wine Hiking Trail and the Saxon Wine Route.<br>The house is situated in a very quiet, wooded area on a residential street. Several wineries and wine taverns are within walking distance.<br>A direct bike route leads to the Elbe Cycle Route just 1 km away.<br>Starting right from the house, you can hike 1.4 km to the Boselspitze lookout point, where you can enjoy views of the Elbe Valley towards Dresden—and on a clear day, even as far as Saxon Switzerland. Other lookout points are within a similar distance on a walk through the woods and vineyards.<br>The city centre of Meissen, with many attractions such as Albrechtsburg Castle and the porcelain factory, is 5 km away. Dresden, 20 km away, can be easily reached from the Meissen train station by S-Bahn or directly by car in about 30 minutes.
