Guests must be at least 25 years old unless accompanied by parents or guardians.

This is not a waterfront home (the property features a scenic pond but does not have lake access)

This home was created for gathering — long dinners, morning coffee on the porch, game nights, and celebrating life’s big (and small) moments with up to 10 guests.

We are in a serene, quiet area and truly value the peaceful atmosphere. We welcome thoughtful groups who appreciate a well-cared-for home and who will treat the property — and neighbors — with kindness and respect.

If you’re planning a meaningful get-together and want a comfortable, welcoming space to enjoy each other’s company, this is the place.

Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am

Check-in 3pm, Check-out 10am

No smoking is permitted inside the home

No pets allowed, with the exception of certified service animals only

Shoes: We’re a shoes-off home (country mud). Feel free to bring socks or slippers if you prefer not to be barefoot. We also have shoe covers available for those who must wear shoes due to orthotic or medical needs.

The 6 acres of property includes the cleared land around the house. Please stay on the cleared land.
