The Kreuzliner is right outside the door! The exclusive holiday complex “Haus am Strom” is located in a quiet setting at the southern end of Warnemünde’s “Am Alten Strom” shopping promenade. On the property, you’ll find two beautiful holiday apartments, “Auster” and “Muschel,” each with a terrace and its own free parking space. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cosy, well-furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, right on the Alter Strom, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

The “Auster” holiday apartment is approximately 50 square metres in size and was partially refurnished in 2025. It is designed for 2 to 3 guests and features, on the ground floor, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette with a microwave and dishwasher, a beautiful shower room with a hair dryer, a sunny terrace with a beach chair, underfloor heating, cable TV, a DVD player, and free Wi-Fi; and on the top floor, a bedroom with a double bed (2nd TV). The ground floor has tile flooring, while the top floor features hardwood floors. You can relax and unwind on the sunny terrace. Your car is safely parked on the property at no charge.
We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the apartment.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bedding, towels, tea towels, shower mat).

Right next to the “Auster,” you can rent the “Muschel” holiday apartment, so the whole family or a group of friends can enjoy a holiday together.

Bakeries, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is right around the corner.
Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

Severely disabled (50% or more): €1.45/day
Children 6–14 years: €1.45/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons only if the person with severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered disability certificate
Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental property owner:
- Travel cot/Kretz: 2.50 € per night
- High chair/Kretzsch/each: 2.00 € one-time fee
- Dog/Muschel/Auster: 5.00 € per night
- Dog/cleaning: 30.00 € one-time fee
