We had a group of 4 older guys that stayed here for the World Cup game in Boston. The property is very clean and perfect with the 5 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The location is great in south Boston with two great neighborhood pubs within walking distance and it is very close to the airport.

The location of the property was perfect for us. We were in walking distance to the beach, the grocery store 'Stop and Shop,' restaurants and bars, highly recommend Roza Lyons and the Broadway. It was also a short uber ride to Park City an outdoor venue with live entertainment.

The property was perfect! Very spacious, very comfortable beds, and any amenities you could think of. Cute neighborhood with a grocery and food within walking distance. The hosts are really incredible! So accommodating! From check in to check out, they were in touch and available with any question or request. Would 100% stay here again!

Neighborhood is very loud, both neighbors and airplane noise. There were multiple disruptions from neighbor's activity very late at night. Apartment itself is very nice within a somewhat unclean larger building. Parking will be an issue.

Very nice, clean, updated unit. Walkable neighborhood with restaurants and shopping nearby. Responsive hosts. Parking in South Boston is no joke-- you'll need Spot Hero if you have a car.

We loved the house and the location, and the host was super-helpful. The house was as advertised -- however, for our group of 9 people, it was crammed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great, clean, and super comfortable, but there really is very little common space, other than a medium sized living room and a small kitchen. We thought we'd use the deck more, but it too is pretty small - so we spent our "community time" together in the mornings crammed into the living room, 2-3 people sitting on the floor. I was a cozy type of fun. Fortunately, we were spending most of our time here out touring the city, seeing the sites, and going to games at Fenway. Loved Boston, and it was a great experience.

The five private bedrooms and two full bathrooms are what make the house work for a larger group — but the living room and roof deck are sized like the Southie triple-decker it is, not for nine people sitting down together at once. Groups who are out exploring during the day and want their own room at night get the most out of it. Thanks for taking the time to write it up — you'd be welcome back any time.

My friends and I were coming into town for a convention at the Boston Expo and conference center. This place was about a mile away, which was an easy walk, but also a shot rideshare or bus ride. The place is located very close to Broadway, which has a lot of restaurants and bars.The place was nice and clean. It was easy to access and our host Nick was very attentive. This place will be top of my list the next time we go to Boston for a convention.

We had a great time at the property. The property was just as the images in the rental listing. Nicholas and Elizabeth were great and quickly to reply to my inquiries. They were great accommodating us with early check in and late check out, with no additional charge, which was awesome. Great location to, short to Boston convention center and seaport. Great seafood to in the area!! If we are in the area again with our group, definitely will rent again. The group said thank you Nicholas and Elizabeth!

Excellent property! It was perfect for our stay. Bedrooms are each comfortable with a fan, desk and chair or stool. Nice blankets and towel sets in each room. A comfortable living room and TVs in each room as well. Bathrooms look newly renovated. Nice, new kitchen space with appliances. There is no seating area in the kitchen but we did not need one. Check in was smooth and owners were very responsive to any questions. The side deck was lovely. Lots of Options nearby for restaurants, coffee, groceries. Close to public transit options. No parking at property but lots of SpotHero options nearby. Definitely recommend!
