Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.

Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, balcony, BBQ Grill, Wi-Fi, limited parking (6 Cars only), coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

The neighborhood around the home is a quiet residential area with low crime rates. The area is close to a number of schools, parks, and shopping centers.

Explore the nearby parks and recreation facilities. There are a number of parks and recreation facilities in the area that are perfect for families. Some of the nearby parks include Volunteer Park, Plantation Central Park, and Deicke Park. These parks offer a variety of amenities, such as playgrounds, sports fields, and walking trails.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The payment of a standard $1,500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

*Upon confirmation, we will request a signed credit card authorization form along with pictures of the credit card holder`s ID for verification purposes.*

There is a small fee to have the pool heated.
