Very beautiful, bright apartment in the 4th floor with view of Schöneberg and the greenery. You enter the apartment via a lavish hallway with cloakroom. The apartment with cable (Flat screen) TV, DVD-Player, stereo, internet and telephone (both with unlimited use) has a dining table for 6 persons, a comfortable sofa bed as well as a book case with information on Berlin and light fiction for rainy days. There is a seating corner with sun umbrella on the southern balcony. There is a cozy, lavish bedroom with double bed and large cupboard as well as a small bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed and 2 wardrobes. The kitchen with breakfast counter is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooking range with fume hood, baking oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. Crockery and cutlery as well as cooking utensils are available. The bathroom has a shower, a big wash basin, a mirrored cabinet and blow dryer. Parking space optional 8 €/night. Bed linnen and towels optional 20 €/person.

Additional Information : In spite of its central location, there are rambling parks for strolling, jogging and walking in the immediate vicinity. The summer open-air swimming pool at the Insulaner Park is within walking distance. You can also visit one of Berlin's planetarium here and learn all about Berlin's starry skies through a presentation.

Beautiful flat with good sized rooms. The flat was well equipped and a quiet and comfortable space to spend some time relaxing after busy days of sight seeing. The balcony was an added bonus.The check in was easy as we were met outside the building and shown to our flat. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Beautiful apartment in a unique, pleasant, and quiet neighborhood. The apartment is clean and the host is responsive. The apartment has easy access to the S-Bahn and a cute Polish bakery with great prices is on the way. The Lidl was very convenient. Rewe and Denn's Biomarkt are not too far away either. I think I got a bit fitter from walking up the stairs everyday. :)I had to buy a lot of supplies for myself which was ok because I stayed for a whole month. The kitchen supplies are adequate for light cooking, but I struggled to make a real meal. I fell in love with the place. I want to stay again next time I come to Berlin.

It was a fine apartment. Had no idea it was on 4th floor, so disappointed in that. Also, it had no hand soap, paper towels, 1/2 roll of toilet paper only-we had to buy more for our stay. So we didn’t feel it was really “set up” for guests. I haven’t experienced a vrbo that was so sparsely prepared. We managed, buy kind of disappointing.

Couldn't check in and host went dark. Do not recommend.

Our travel plans were delayed by one day. When we contacted the host to delay check-in, we were told we could check in at 11am or not at all. I said we wouldn't be there by 11am and was told to contact the host. The host said no refund and stopped replying. I didn't ask for a refund for the first night because that was obviously on us for being delayed but to refuse to have any flexibility with a check-in time and provide no other options is completely unreasonable.

Gute Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der FeWo grundsätzlich sehr genossen. Top waren u.a. die eigene Waschmaschine und der Geschirrspüler wie auch der Balkon mit schönem Ausblick. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Fussdistanz wusste sehr zu gefallen. Schade fanden wir, dass die Küchenausstattung (Geschirr, Gläser, Pfannen) eher ein zusammengewürfeltes Sammelsurium ist, die Matrazen waren uns persönlich zu weich.

Geräumig und alles da, was man so braucht

Die Wohnung war größer als sie auf den Bildern wirkt und es war alles da, was man so braucht - auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir das nicht mitschleppen müssen ;-)Vorsicht, in die 5. Etage zu kommen ist für Fuß-, Knie- oder Hüftkranke nicht ganz so einfach. Aber das wurde ja mehrfach in anderen Kommentaren erwähnt.Die Wohnung ist sauber, alte Holzdielen knarren nun mal und die Nachbarn kann man auch ab und zu hören. Ansonsten wären aber mal einige kleinere Schönheitsreparaturen nicht schlecht.

Geräumige, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren ein paar Tage auf Workation in Berlin und wollten eine Wohnung mit Nähe zur S-Bahn. Das passte hier wunderbar, gut Anbindung mit Bus in zwei Stationen zur Ringbahn oder auch ein paar Stationen mehr zur U7. Nette Umgebung mit Supermarkt direkt gegenüber. Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Geschirr und Besteck reichlich vorhanden für uns drei. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine vorhanden, für längere Aufenthalte ein Bonus. Bequeme Betten, schönes Bad und ein hübscher Balkon mit Sitzecke.

OK für den Preis

Die Schlüsselübergabe ist etwas umständlich, da Kommunikation mit Unternehmen, welches extra dafür engagiert wurde, notwendig ist (via Whatsapp bei uns). Hier könnte man die Installation eines Schlüsseltresores überdenken (Code ändert sich bei jedem Mieter). Beim Betreten der Wohnung kommt einem ein penetranter Geruch von Katzen-Pipi entgegen (hängt warscheinlich im Dielenboden drin). Im Badezimmer müffelt es leider auch aus den Abflüssen. Matratzen sind durch gelegen aber (noch) gemütlich. Ansonsten ist , bis auf ein Gefrierfach, alles vorhanden: Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher.. Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen selber mit genommen werden wenn man stolze 20 Euro pro Person sparen möchte. Der Ausblick in den Innenhof ist schön grün und die kleinen Spatzen zwitschern fröhlich vor sich hin. Auch sonst ist die Umgebung sehr grün ! Ansonsten können wir noch wärmstens die Schiff-Fahrt mit ,stern+kreis' empfehlen (3 Stündige Tour über Landwehrkanal und Spree ab Jannowitzbrücke)

Location location location

The location of the property was fantastic. The person who checked is in was wonderful. The person who owns the property needs to not be so cheap. We had half a roll of toilet paper left (which I read on other reviews and brought my own) there was no bedding. Unfortunately because of a miscommunication on what laundry actually meant. Also if you are going to charge for bedding you need to indicate it in your ad $40 euros for bedding is a little steep.

Alles hat gut geklappt und war wie beschrieben Man sollte nur Küchenhandtücher, Spüli, Klopapier, Seife, Backpapier, Waschmittel, Spültabs etc. und vor allem ein scharfes Messer mitbringen Der Kühlschrank hat kein Eisfach Sonst war alles in Ordnung und hat reibungslos geklappt

Tolle Wohnung mit Balkon

Die Schlüsselübergabe war komplikationslos, die Wegbeschreibung war perfekt. Da die Wohnung im obersten Stock liegt, ist es schön ruhig. Sie war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. S-Bahn und Bus sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für eine Berlin Erkundung, sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung trotz ruhiger Lage

Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Fotos im Inserat stimmen nur teilweise mit Realität überein, Handspülmittel und mehr als 1 Rolle Klopapier wären nett gewesen. Insgesamt aber sehr empfehlenswert, da gute Lage und sehr sauber.

Great Stay

The property has ample space and is very clean. A very efficient public transportation system allows easy access to downtown or any other places of interest. An excellent Supermarket is across the road. Be prepared to climb five floors (North American notation), four floors European notation. Host communication was excellent. We enjoyed our stay!

Prima verblijf

Alles zag er keurig uit. Mooi schoon. Op loopafstand van trein. Zodat de auto op de privé plaats kan blijven staan. Gezien vorige recensies zijn er vernieuwingen aangebracht. Waarmee wij zeer tevreden waren van alle gemakken voorzien. Wat niet vermeld wordt maar wel handig is om te weten. Er is geen lift dus je moet trap lopen.
