A lot of attention has been paid to the details in this one. Great location, super comfy bed and pillows, amazing communication from the host. As a Chef, I really appreciated how well equipped the kitchen is. We loved it so much we stayed an extra day !

Property was very good. Had a great time. Location was perfect. Think the motion lights need to be adjusted or use lower wattage bulbs. Also, indicate parking for trash. Trash didn’t get picked up because we couldn’t move our car.

Great place to stay at. Only thing missing was having AC. I know a lot of these beach towns don’t believe in AC cause of the sea breeze but times are changing, climate is changing. If you’re at a place with no AC during a heatwave, good luck getting comfortable sleep. At least the place had many fans to place near the window and doors. One thing to note, not that this is the owners fault but San Diego has some weird hate against dogs. You can’t walk ur dog on the beach, boardwalk or nearby parks during the hours of 9-6pm.

A perfect cozy and comfortable Mother’s Day family venue for relaxation indoors, and picnicking and volleyball on the sand! Cleanliness A Matthew was quite considerate, checking in with us daily for any needs we might have. Generally, when staying away from home, the comfort and value of discovering a great bed and shower head are such a bonus! So, with all this being said, I have to give this venue our 5 stars rating

Great location on the sand and nice clean home. Property manager is very responsive and worked hard to correct a minor issue with the TV remote. Small parking spot like all beach areas. The place is old but remodeled and pretty nice, the shower is one of those that you cant direct the shower head which is a personal preference. There is a door connecting to unit attached which was a little weird when a child next door kept trying to open it LOL. All in all great location and not a bad price for San Diego beachfront

Locatiom is fantastic and host is very responsive. Unfortuntly it was really hot when we first got there and there is no AC. Fans in every room. We had to sleep with windows open. Bright security light outside. Host immediately had the light unscewed for our trip which was very nice. The patio is very small and sun beats down with verylittle breeze. The weather just happened and each day got better. The flower beds around the patio had dead plants and old toys in it, I actually had to deadhead and clear the toys to wnjoy the area.The pillows and beds are super comportble and nice kitchen, island, and living area with a veiw. Again unfortumetly the city had put a big birm up, so really didnʼt get much of a waterveiw. Many healthy looking people running and walking using the bayside walk infront of the place. There is a washing machine. Parking is very very tight and only one spot. Wi Fi in masterbedroom was inadequate to watch anything but the living room TV was large and great. All being said it is a nice place and we had a good time.

Disliked: Check-in
Location was great, no AC but they had lots of fans left in the closets which we appreciated. We didn’t realize the washer/dryer would be located outside the unit, (it’s in a closet next to the garage), or that it was shared with the other building tenants. We ended up not using it for those reasons but also because it’s pretty filthy and the other tenants clothes had burn marks on them from the dryer.
