Play golf out your back door on the newly renovated golf course. Open floor plan with spacious kitchen and common areas, and formal dining room. Massive sunroom and large deck with a breathtaking elevated overlook.
You are 6 miles from Augusta National via Riverwatch Pkwy. and Alexander/Berkmans Rd., 4 miles from Evans Town Center and amphitheatre. 20 minutes from downtown and Enterprise Mill. Enjoy the 5 mile bike path from Jones Creek to Savannah River Rapids Pavilion, the canal, and the park.
Daily maid service is available upon request. Park Chase on Sixteen is tucked away in a quiet cul de sac convenient to everything but away from the maddening crowds.
Minimum 25 years of age to book, maximum 6 guests. A Georgia short term rental agreement and liability waiver must be signed by booking party prior to arrival.

One of the most welcoming homes I’ve stayed with VRBO!

This home is so well cared for a a peaceful retreat! The golf course view is beautiful from the fabulous deck and everything you could possibly need is at your fingertips. We’ve used vrbo many times and this was the cleanest home we’ve stayed in and the owners provided hospitality that was above and beyond. They were so delightful to work with and I would stay here again on my next trip to Augusta. I cannot think of one thing that could be improved upon with this rental. Truly 5 stars!

Perfect Location

We booked the Park Chase home because it was the perfect location for us to stay as we were in Evans GA to celebrate Christmas with our extended family who live in the same beautiful community. Jimmie, the owner was just wonderful . Upon our arrival we were greeted with a kind note to welcome us and a delicious red velvet cake ! We appreciated everything Jimmie did to make our stay perfect! Definitely would Book with them again!

We stayed at this house for about 3 days with a mix of adults and children and it worked perfectly for our needs. It sits on a beautiful hilltop in an upscale neighborhood and comes well-appointed. Jimmie - our host - was easy to work with, communicated frequently and helped facilitate an early check-in/check-out process. Would rent from them again!

Andrew and Jimmie divide their time between Duluth, GA, Augusta, and their hideaway in Dahlonega. They are blessed with 2 beautiful daughters and their families, including 4 grandchildren,, with half of them residing in Augusta.

Why they chose this property

When golfing addict Andrew took a transfer to Atlanta in 2006, his heart never left Augusta, more specifically Jones Creek Golf Club community. Even though they are still a year away from retiring, when this house came available to purchase, they jumped at the chance to be back in this community and in this particular house. One level, all brick and quality construction, perfect retirement size, located on a quiet cul de sac. But the view is what really makes it exceptional..... a comment from one of the Jones Creek personnel recently....the best view on the golf course.

What makes this property unique

You are minutes away from downtown Augusta, the airport, Augusta National, but quietly tucked away from the congestion. Preferred tee times are available through our Jones Creek Founders Club membership.
