Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Place Kayaks and Paddle boards back on racks. Also place all life jackets back in bin

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Check-in 3 PM, check-out 11 AM. Max 9 guests. No pets. Please respect quiet hours and neighbors.

Do not move furniture. If moved, return to original place. No food or drinks on the pool table.

Kayaks and paddle boards are used at your own risk. Return all equipment after use. Do not leave unattended in water due to wind. No jumping from dock

What an amazing place. Footsteps from the lake. Everything you need and absolutely stunning. Pool table is a huge bonus. Everything is new and mordern absolutely stunning. Views are spectacular. Thank you Michelle we'll be back.
