Late check-out billed $50 for the 1st hour, $100 for the 2nd. After 2 hours, you'll be charged an extra night and incoming guest accommodation.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner is super responsive. Unlike many of the other condos we have stayed in at Loon, this condo was very well stocked - lots of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, soap in all the bathrooms and laundry detergent. This place is nicely decorated, updated and comfy. We enjoyed the pac-man game also! This was not an issue for us but as a note there are lots of stairs - it is four levels. Overall a great stay and a great host!

We have always loved the New England area and have been attracted to the mountains, lakes and beaches in particular. Lincoln has so much to offer and we enjoy visiting whenever we can!

What makes this property unique

This is a recently updated townhome in one of Lincoln's most loved communities. We are directly across from the mountain, close to downtown, convenient to the highway, and have all the amenities families love when traveling. We are confident you will love staying with us at Summit 71!
