Welcome! Enjoy a private stay in this thoughtfully maintained 2.5 bathroom, 3-bedroom home (with a 4th bedroom secured for storage and not accessible to guests). This space is ideal for guests seeking comfort, privacy, and a clean, well-appointed environment.

The space:
You’ll have full access to the home, including three bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 - Primary bedroom on the main floor has a full-sized bed and includes a private full bathroom en-suite.
Bedroom 2 - has a full-sized bed and a shared full bathroom in the hallway.
Bedroom 3 - has a a full-sized bed AND a twin-over-twin bunkbed in the same room. Shares the full bathroom in the hallway.
There is also a 1/2 bathroom with sink and toilet on the main floor.

There is a comfortable family area with a tv and a small fenced in backyard. There is also a laundry room for guests to use and a kitchen. The space is designed to feel calm, uncluttered, and welcoming—perfect for relaxing after a day out or settling in for a longer stay.

The home is professionally prepared to ensure a consistently clean and inviting experience.

Privacy & comfort:
This is a fully private, non-owner-occupied home during your stay. One bedroom and the garage is locked for storage. The other bedrooms, bathrooms, family room, laundry, kitchen and backyard of the home is exclusively yours to enjoy. There is driveway parking that holds 3-5 cars and street parking as well.The layout allows for both shared gathering spaces and individual privacy, making it a great fit for families, small groups, or business travelers.

Kitchen & dining:
The kitchen is available for use, including refrigerator, air fryer, and microwave access.

Added peace of mind:
For guest safety and home care, the property includes temperature and smoking monitors. This device does not record audio or video. It simply alerts us to smoking on premises or HVAC conditions so we can quickly address any concerns and maintain a comfortable stay. There may be exterior cameras on the property.

House guidelines:
-No smoking allowed inside the house.
-No pets, parties, or unregistered guests.
-Pets are strictly prohibited, as one of my children has allergies and this is our home the rest of the year when it's not rented.

Any damage, excessive cleaning, or rule violations may result in additional charges.

This home is best suited for guests who appreciate a clean, quiet, and well-kept space. It will not work for smokers or people who need to bring a pet.
