A beautifully located holiday rental on the 1st floor with a south-facing terrace. The holiday rental has three bedrooms; two of them have two single beds (1 x 2 m), and one bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 x 2 m). The bathroom, complete with a shower, towels, and a hair dryer, is provided for your use. The cosy living/dining room with a flat-screen TV is perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped: stove, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, coffee pod machine (coffee pods and tea for your first morning are provided), electric kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils such as pots, dishes, silverware, glasses, and bowls for your convenience. South-facing terrace with a table, chairs, and a parasol for relaxing while enjoying the view of the greenery. Cash, credit cards, EC, Visa, and Mastercard accepted on site. A deposit may be charged after booking. Check-in: 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. For late arrivals, you can use our Keyboy (comb lock).
