Good location but that’s about the best thing of note. Not as clean as we’d hoped-definitely needs a deep clean. Beach equipment in poor condition—beach wagon rusty and dirty. The beds are very uncomfortable! Hard and bedding not that great. They had a grill on back porch area but the owners didn’t allow us to use. Just remove the grill instead of leaving it there-it’s kind of a tease. The bathrooms were pretty rough. Condensation drips onto the wall and leaves a yellow residue which is dirty to me. No fix for this even though there’s a fan. The kitchen poorly equipped so if you cook, probably should bring what you need. Overall, just an overpriced basic place. We were disappointed overall. Glad I was able to bring my dog. I wouldn’t recommend.
