Master bedroom has king bed, flat screen television, full bath and a walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, flat screen television, walk-in closet, and full bathroom with 2 entrances. Open loft looks out to living, accessible by spiral staircase and has a queen bed with half bath. This space is great for older children. Because of the spiral stairs, it is not suitable for older folks or young children. Large living room has 3 steps down leading to plenty of seating, flat screen television, and a fireplace. Wifi included. Kitchen has all major appliances, and a washer and dryer. Separate dining room seats 6. This is an end unit, so provides extra privacy. Sliding glass doors open to patio sitting area to watch the beautiful Sea Pines nature overlooking a lagoon, beautiful Hilton Head sunsets, and the 10th fairway of the Harbour Town Golf Links and Clubhouse. Lagoon has lots of South Carolina wildlife. 2 parking spots included.

The villa resort offers a pool with lounge chairs and tables. The pool is across the way from the villa's front door. A very quick walk on the golf course at dusk takes you to Harbour Town- home of the famous Red and White Lighthouse. Harbour Town offers lots of shopping, restaurants, outside bars, live music, and a large playground. Harbour Town has lots of activities such as boat tours, water activities, and children's fun. During peak times, a shuttle is available to take you to all major locations in Sea Pines (such as The Beach Club, South Beach, and Sea Pines Center.) The villa is a quick drive, or nice bike ride to Sea Pines Beach Club. The Beach Club is public and also has many activities such as a kid's craft corner, grill, beach bar, and fine dining restaurant. Sea Pines has some of the most beautiful bike paths on the island, and the bike path is located at the entrance of the complex. You can rent bikes at the Sea Pines Center, which is a quick drive or walk from the villa.

Our Twin Oaks villa is perfect for families and friends in a perfect location for all to enjoy. Please note that Sea Pines is a private community and requires a car pass. The cost of the pass is paid directly to Sea Pines by the guest.
