Nestled in the woods of the Centennial Trail near Finch Arboretum, scenic views, hiking/kayaking spots, golf/disc golf courses, and the Spokane River trails; this haven is a nature lover`s dream. Enjoy off street parking and explore nearby trails, shops, restaurants downtown, or catch a show at the Arena! Or simply relax and enjoy the natural landscapes right outside the back door. This unit is one side of a duplex with one bedroom and 1/2 bath upstairs and two bedrooms and full bath downstairs.
We ask that guests respect our property and do not have parties or allow guests more than the number listed in the reservation unless they have notified us and we have approved the request. Please do not allow pets on any of the furniture, as we try to respect allergies of future guests and the hair is difficult to remove. Please make sure to pick up any dog poop from the backyard and place it in the garbage can in the garage. Thank you!

Great backyard trail system, connects to trails to Downriver/Whitewater/Bowl & Pitcher. Excellent location for runners, walkers, disc golfers. Close to downtown, too.
