The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to make a snack or a gourmet meal!

For sleeping - guests find two comfy king bedrooms, 2 twin over full bunk beds and a bedroom/playroom with a queen size Murphy bed, perfect for families or groups. With 3.5 bathrooms, plush towels and toiletries everyone enjoys comfort and convenience.
Play a game of ping pong in the heated double garage or a video game on the NEX Playground in the Murphy room! There are TV's in each room and plenty of toys and games for the family. There is a kids couch area with toys to delight the little ones. There are pack & plays and booster seats for the kids. There is an iron for any last-minute touch-ups.
Granby Ski Ranch is 5 minutes away, Winter Park is 20 minutes away and Rocky Mountain National Park is 40 minutes away. Granby Lake and Grand Lake offer many activities on the water.
