Great Mountain Getaway

We came up to the mountains for a long weekend with skiing at Granby Ranch and tubing in Fraser. We’ll rent this house again for sure!

An amazing middle spot between going to winter park or downtown near grand lake. Grocery store within walking distance. Great golf course view. Plenty of space and very comfortable beds. Would stay here again

Beautiful place!

Beautiful home, so spacious with 2 living areas. Beds were very comfortable and the house was very well stocked. Kitchen was great, laundry room was great, we loved staying here. The only bummer was the propane tank was empty so we could not use the fire pit and there were no cushions on the wicker furniture. We did really enjoy the patio on the upper floor, gorgeous views. Great neighborhood and friendly people, will definitely stay in this house again.

Beautiful view

The townhome and Scenery was beautiful! Everything was very clean. Plenty of towels to use and having the washer and dryer was a plus for our activities. Beds were extremely comfortable. Lots of dishes and kitchen supplies were available. Dishwasher was also a plus. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Co.

The house is spacious and well equipped. Our favorite part was that we could jump on the groomed track right behind the house from the back porch. We got in a great 2.5 mile Nordic ski on the golf course! Nice amenity for biathletes and cross-country skiers visiting the area. A small maintenance issue was fixed promptly by a very responsive and professional service tech. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place/some frustrations

The house is very nice and spacious. Our family had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy different things, even as we were together. We did have a few issues that were frustrations: there were spiders in one of the basement bedrooms. Two breakers got thrown our first night for some reason, but we figured that out AND got a very quick response from the property management firm. The biggest frustration was the driveway being resurfaced during our stay. The garage was an awesome perk and really nice for unloading right in the back door. Load out was made much more difficult when we had to park on the street to load out at the end of our stay.
