Perfect for couples &/or small families. Tastefully decorated and very clean. New King bed in bedroom with all new linens, blankets and bedding. Fully equipped kitchen/ laundry room and a gas fireplace. Balcony overlooking the ocean is a perfect spot to sit and admire the beauty of the Pacific Ocean and our charming town. Private parking and an elevator add to the convenience of this location. Never worry about finding parking for your vehicle and the condo is within walking distance for dining/shopping/clamming/beach combing and just wandering around the city.
