Perfect for couples &/or small families. Tastefully decorated and very clean. New King bed in bedroom with all new linens, blankets and bedding. Fully equipped kitchen/ laundry room and a gas fireplace. Balcony overlooking the ocean is a perfect spot to sit and admire the beauty of the Pacific Ocean and our charming town. Stunning view

The property was modern , clean, had all the amenities we needed except foil. (We just forgot to bring). The beds, pillows, towels were amazing. The view was priceless. So glad we came across this jewel of A property. Even the cleaner was thoughtful and engaging!!

Perfection

I cannot say enough great things about this property! First off, the view was the best part. If you feel like i do, there is no point going to the beach unless you stay somewhere with an ocean view... and this place has a beautiful one! It's centrally located, just a few short blocks from all the action in downtown and you can see the turn around from the balcony. The condo was very roomy and the beach theme was perfect. The jacuzzi tub was so relaxing! We stay at the beach several times a year and can't wait to go back. This is now our favorite place to stay!

A quick get away.

We had all the various types of weather. We snow, hail and all the various kinds of rain, then a sunset. The view from the condo was perfect for all of this. Everything was within walking distance.

Great View!

This third-floor condo has three large windows that look out over the Prom and to the ocean. The position of the windows is such you never see your neighbors, so it feels secluded.Nicely maintained and matches the photos and description.

Perfect location, clean & safe.

We spent a long weekend with our two toddlers. The location was excellent and we were able to just load the kids in the stroller and go into town. The view was unbeatable, and we loved sitting on the balcony after putting the kids down. The condo was well stocked and clean. The hosts are easy to communicate with, with very clear directions for your stay. The WiFi worked excellent, even though it was Hood to Coast weekend, which we really appreciated. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our quick getaway with our two little ones. It was very clean and glad to see the master bed was upgraded. Very comfortable. If looking for improvement, upgrade the key process to the property to a lock box or key pad entry. Also upgrading the living room couch would be nice. But great place, great view, very spacious and clean.

wonderful beachfront apartment

Beautiful 1 bedroom/2bath apt with full kitchen on the boardwalk, 2 blocks to all the restaurants and shops. Third floor with great views of the beach/ocean. Spent plenty of time reading out on the balcony. No AC but cool ocean breezes were amazing. Ample parking. Full size washer and dryer right in apt were incredibly convenient. check in and check out were easy.

We celebrated our anniversary here and could not have been more pleased. The location was spectacular. The unit is well kept, and comfortable. The bed and bath linens are divine and the bed was very comfortable.

Beach Retreat

This is our favorite place to stay when we need a beach retreat. The beach is right outside and Seaside shops & dining are within an easy walk.

Perfect Vrbo Experience

My wife and I had never done a Vrbo rental before and this one was a great first experience! The location was great with the condo facing the Promenade and having a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. It was also close to all of the shops and restaurants, which was a plus. A prior review had complained about the bed but the mattress has since been replaced and we slept like a dream. There was a dedicated (numbered) parking spot for each condo in the building so that you didn't have to search for an open place to park. The unit had virtually everything we needed to be comfortable, including a dedicated WIFI for that unit. During our stay we had a couple of questions and communicated with the management via Vrbo messaging. Their responses were very quick and we appreciated that. Seaside is our "happy place" and we plan on returning to this property!

Absolutely wonderful in every way but one

We loved this condo. It was very spacious and clean and had the most amazing view of the beach. It was a block away from downtown Seaside. The fireplace was nice, and the kitchen had most everything we needed. Both bathrooms were clean and full sized. The only complaint is the King sized bed. While it looked nice and was the size we wanted, the mattress itself was not comfortable. It was way too soft and had impressions in it where people normally sleep. As a result my neck and my husband's back were extremely sore after three nights sleeping on it. We treated ourselves to a nice stay at this condo and for the price we paid, you really should have a nicer bed. Also, the outdoor foot wash did not work. Other than that, we loved our stay there. We would stay here again if they upgraded the bed

Spring Break 2024

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at the Promenade Condos in Seaside! This is our third spring break stay and we love the convenience and amenities. We hope to return many times including this coming summer with our children and their families!

Short Weekend for Basketball Tournament

My son and I were in Seaside for a basketball tournament. Many hotels were all booked up. We reserved this condo and had a great time. Very nice place to have a bit more room than a hotel/inn to relax during downtime. Place was very up to date and well maintained. Very comfortable and great location.
