Before heading to the property, all guests must first check in at the Plumlee Rental Office located at 411 2nd Street, Indian Rocks Beach, FL. You will receive your welcome packet which includes access codes or keys to your unit, parking passes, Wi-Fi passwords, and all essential information needed for your stay. As well as sign our vacation rental agreement and provide a Photo ID and Credit Card to complete your Check-In.

LATE ARRIVAL / SUNDAY ARRIVAL: If you arrive after 5:30 PM or on Sunday, your welcome packet will be in the ORANGE lockbox under the drive thru at 411 2nd Street, Indian Rocks Beach. The code to the padlock is SAND. Signed vacation rental agreement, a Photo ID and Credit Card will be required to complete your Check-In the next business day.

FREE PERKS included! FREE Weekday Beach Cruiser Bicycles are available during your stay! Pick up bikes for the day from the Plumlee Vacation Rental’s main office on Indian Rocks Beach. Need a place to store your RV or Boat trailer? We have FREE oversized parking spaces at the main office on Indian Rocks Beach. For your convenience Beach Umbrellas, Beach Chairs, and Big Beach towels are available at check-in for a nominal fee.
