*Smoking is allowed, but it must be disclosed in advance, and we ask that you please be very careful to avoid any damage to the unit or building.
*If smoking is not disclosed, or if there is any smoke-related damage or extra cleaning needed (burns, ash, stains, odor, etc.), a $250 fee will apply.
* Guests assume responsibility for their stay. We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or illness.
* Personal belongings are the guest’s responsibility.
