Located right next to the Warnemünde Lighthouse, our "Sonnendeck" holiday apartment on the top floor offers a stunning view of the sea. It accommodates 2 to 4 people. Dear guests, a warm welcome to you! We offer you a cosy, well-furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 metres from the Baltic Sea beach.

Right across from the Warnemünde Lighthouse, our “Sonnendeck” holiday apartment is available to you on the top floor, offering a stunning view of the sea. It is designed to accommodate 2 to 4 people.
The living area is approximately 85 square metres, featuring a large living room with a sleeper sofa, TV/CD/DVD/radio, dining and seating areas, 2 bedrooms with double beds (2nd TV), a beautiful bathroom with a tub, shower, and hair dryer, an additional guest shower room, a kitchenette with a stove, a refrigerator with freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a microwave; the apartment features laminate flooring. From the living room balcony, you can enjoy the view from the lighthouse across the wide beach to the Stoltera cliffs. A staircase leads to the apartment’s “sun deck”—a large rooftop terrace with a 360° panoramic view. Pure sunshine. An underground parking space is available in the Kurhaus car park for a fee. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, shower mat).

Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

The house is located in a pedestrian zone.

Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Severely disabled guests 50% or more: 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day

Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
