Fun week at this neat house, glad to have chairs and umbrella to use for the beach. We enjoyed time at the pool and rooftop porch! Would stay here again!
Great location easy access to beach shopping and dining
After going to the area for 25 years of vacations this was our favorite. Our grown daughters said their favorite so far. Vacasa was easy to communicate with for any help we needed during the stay.
We were attending a wedding in Rosemary Beach and this house was absolutely perfect. We were a 5 minute walk from the beach and a 10 minute walk to the wedding venue. It was convenient and spacious enough to fit the 6 total people on the trip. Thanks for a great first experience on VRBO!
We loved everything except:
1. Sheets didn’t fit any of the beds -kept popping up entire time.
2. Top deck furniture broken and not usable -no one told us.
3. Lights in kitchen weren’t working but there was temp lighting that got hot.
4. Better organization of kitchen items would be helpful.
The home is really, really nice and new and the location is pretty good. The East end of 30A is now too crowded but that's just the way it is. The pool is nice and the location is definitely a plus. The beach is about a 2 block walk which doesn't seem that far but it can be a trek when fully loaded multiple times a day. There are quite a few good points about the property but there are definitely some issues that need to be addressed considering the price point. Not all TVs were hooked up to the wifi system and we were unable to set them up with reasonable effort. There is also an issue with the wiring for the Master Bath and bunk room. The breakers kept tripping with minimal usage. Some of the outside lights are either burnt out, not functioning or have super secret switch locations. A lot of the kitchen cookware definitely needs to be replaced. Towels and linens are minimal quality and number and not all fit the beds correctly. Most importantly the cleaning service is definitely not earning the cleaning fee. The home was not cleaned very well prior to our arrival. There was food and crumbs under the beds and in the kitchen area . There was hair in the shower and built up dust in the non-obvious parts of the home. The toilet bowls were clean but the rest of the toilets needed cleaning. Overall we were fairly satisfied with our stay but we expected a little better for the money and would try another location on the next vacation.
Positives:
-Perfect location to restaurants, shopping, and beach
-Safe neighborhood
Negatives:
- We were notified on check in day that we were down a shower. It took 3 days to get management out to the house to put pliers on the shower so we could at least use it.
- One of the king beds had a plastic mattress cover on it the was torn from top to bottom. It was "fixed" by TAPING it with plastic packaging tape. Which did not hold. The mattress felt and sounded crunchy when laying on it. After 5 texts, 3 calls, and a threat to involve an attorney they replaced it on day 3.
- The bedding (sheets/pillows) were cheap and there were no blankets. We were brought very thin sheet like blankets on day 3 so we could double them up. The sheets also did not stay on the beds.
- We had to purchase sheets and a blanket for the futon so my son had a place to sleep when we arrived. There were stains all over the futon. We also had to purchase pillows as the ones in the home were terrible.
- There were NO blinds on the windows in 90% of the house.
- The decor was cheap and hodge podge and did not give any beach vibes whatsoever.
- The front door lock was missing a pin and it kept falling off. It took us 15 mins to exit the house on day 2 and we got it put somewhat together with cuticle cutters. Management was notified and they couldn't find anything wrong on day 3.
- There was dust on the ceiling fans and drink rings on the tables. Housekeeping was notified but nothing was done

Great location, house awkward
Overall we enjoyed the stay. We liked the location and particularly the five minute walk to Rosemary or the beach. While we had a good trip we would probably book elsewhere next time.
The house has an awkward layout and awkward furniture. Kitchen was under stocked with basics. We ended up getting more from the manager during the stay. Lighting was awkward. Couple broken furniture items, most notably the master king bed (we even mentioned this in advance to the manager because of other reviews - still not fixed). The master king also had this weird, plastic-like covering on it as a pad - not a good sign - and was very loud and uncomfortable.
The bunk room had electrical issues and the kids had to reset a breaker at least 10 times during their stay with only the most minimal loading (like an Xbox, tv, and a light). TVs are quirky - have to use wifi and steaming which was fine for us but the master bedroom TV didn’t even pickup the wifi.
Cleanliness was fair. One of the ceiling fans had layers of dust we had to clean ourselves before using. The grill was filthy and the manager came to clean it for us. Other minor cleaning issues.
Access to the house is via a single metal, old school key. Seems a little out of date for a house expecting groups of people and no other way to lock or unlock the door than one key. People come and go. Strange.
Like other comments, the house is ok and we had an ok time but, for the price point other houses will have better value. The manager did give us a credit but it’s not about that - we just want a quality house and amenities.

Thank you for your review, Steven. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay! We are very sorry for the repair issues that you experienced during your stay with us and we thank you for reaching out to us so that our local staff could promptly address these issues. We hope that the compensation given to you has helped to provide some resolution.
The house and location are great and having access to a pool is excellent. Being a few blocks from the beach access in Inlet Beach (walking about 5 mins or so) is fantastic. No need to drive. You can bike or walk comfortably. Walking to downtown Rosemary Beach (which is about 10-15 mins away) is fantastic as well, Inlet butts right up against it. Lots of food choices (walking or short drive if you must) and shopping galore! Excellent location to stay a few days of even longer! The sky deck, as we called it, is an added bonus for sure (can’t be afraid of a spiral staircase though). Great for sunning and just hanging out on nice nights, or seeing the sunset with a cocktail. They need to address quite a few minors issues (tv’s, kitchen lights, furniture, grill, etc.), but besides those issues, it’s a great stay.
The house was great. The location is kind of on the edge of everything so it’s easy to walk or ride a bike anywhere. We rented bikes for everybody in our family for the week. That being said, if you want to get away from all the chaos, the house isn’t in the middle of the crowds or traffic so you get the best of both worlds.

Great potential
House has great bones. Need to upgrade all bedding and replace damaged furniture on upper deck. Also, for the price of this home, all the TVs should work. While I love and appreciate antique furniture, it just doesn’t work in this home. Curb appeal needs to be addressed in comparison to other houses in neighborhood.
This was our family’s worst 30A vacation experience in more than 20 years. The house itself is nice and convenient to the beach (about a 10-minute walk), but the owner and a neighbor made our 5-night stay unbearable. From the moment we arrived, a neighbor watched our every move and reported to the out-of-town owner. We have been renting on 30A for more than 2 decades and have never experienced anything like this. It was bizarre and unsettling to be watched so closely.
Location great. Not enough lighting downstairs for
Great location. Living area great, too much furniture for me though.
Bathroom in master suite shower looked like it had not been cleaned in months. Showered in my water shoes. Not satisfactory at all especially with COVID. FIRE YOUR CLEANING SERVICE
Didnt have any communication with property manager so rated low.
We had a great stay! The house is an unusual layout but the space is great overall. Living area has giant sliding glass doors that create indoor-outdoor space on nice days. the lot behind is empty so its nice to have the trees and space off the balcony. The community pool is next door and was never crowded. Location is great. We had a little trouble finding the key box at check in but once we got that figured out everything was super easy and wonderful.
Excellent, accurate listing. Convenient pool access with neighborhood. Nobody explained distance to beach—there are two access points about .25 mi East and West of property. Bring a wagon for supplies for short walk. We loved the beach access because it was a stop down from busy access by Pear Hotel.
We loved the House was so great and all the amenities. The only thing we were bothered by was there was no blinds/shades in the windows so the light came in early. We loved the shared pool and location was amazing we would definitely had a wonderful time. We rented gold carts to take to the beach the walk was a bit further than we expected.
We loved this home ... rent bikes and you can go shop, eat , and go to beach close by ..... great neighborhood and community!!! Safe quiet loved every minute of it!!!!miss it already .... be back next year ..... beautiful updated home and location ....

Treasure on Inlet Beach
The house is spacious and a great place to relax with family and friends. The house is uniquely decorated with a mixture of antiques and new furniture. It feels very comfortable. The appliances are up to date and all working well. The showers have great water pressure and are spacious. The porches are safe havens for rest, grilling and reading. We were there during tropical storm Alberto so we enjoyed the 2nd floor porch. The bunk room has an extra fold out bed that my boys enjoyed as they played on their Xbox. The downstairs master has an interesting attached large study with a bed. There is also a large collection of great books to read. There are sliding doors for privacy between the master bedroom and study. The shared pool was a blessing for the kids to have to play in since the beach was off limits due to the storm. However, before the storm hit, we enjoyed the beautiful beach. We brought our bikes and rode to beach, restaurants and shopping. Everything is very convenient! I highly recommend😊
