It was very convenient being on the first floor. A quick trip down the stairs and you are at the pool or the beach. Alvin’s is right across the street with great ice cream. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Splash Beachfront

Property, location and beach was perfect! However, our air was out the ENTIRE time and no solution was ever made. 82 degrees in the condo most of the week. Best we got was 79! Made for cranky kids and adults at bedtime! Other than that issue everything was great! Elevator was a little slow but that is expected in a big building as such.

Facility is old and run down

Property is old and run down. Lazy river did not work which was very disappointing. Security was a joke and did not enforce rules being broken. Not enough elevators for the amount of people. Check-in desks close too early to get wrist bands and parking passes when you get there. Our condo was fine, it is just the property that was not nice.
