Set on Seacrest Beach, High Pointe Resort is central to 30A outdoor activities, including bike trails, state parks, and coastal dune lakes. Enjoy scenic strolls and waterside bike rides on the 30A path just in front of the building. Or drive to Pier Park for amusement rides, concerts, and oceanfront restaurants. Go snorkeling at Grouper Reef, an artificial reef just 970’ from the Inlet Beach access point.



Unwind into vacation mode in the open living area, with a sofa bed, three armchairs, and a TV. Release your inner chef in the kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops. Serve up delectable meals at the dining table. This condo is an excellent location. We loved being on the first floor right by the pool and close to the walking path to the beach. It is walkable to the main commerce areas of Rosemary Beach. We appreciated having the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella, along with the 2 bikes. We were easily able to add additional chairs and bikes to our reservation. The condo was clean, though it could use some better maintenance on the peeling kitchen cabinets, the non-working master sink, and the broken curtains. Also, there was no mattress cover on the king bed, which felt "ick". There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax on one of the rainy days during our stay. The TV set-up was confusing, as there was 7 remotes for 3 components in the main living area. The TV in the master was underwhelming for the space, Overall, we would stay here again, just hope for better upkeep on the unit.
