We really enjoyed our stay at this very nice and comfortable condo. It was very clean and was furnished very comfortably. The beds were really comfortable and so was the living room furniture. The entire complex was well kept and very quiet with gorgeous views!

Place was not clean at all!! Dead bugs in the bed, stains on all linens, floors have not been cleaned or vacuumed in gosh knows how long. AC unit was not working our whole trip and wouldn’t cool below 75. Reported all this to property manager. Someone did come clean the next day at lunch time but not all linens were changed. AC unit was never looked at. This is the most unsanitary place we’ve ever been to. I took pictures of everything and sent them in with no response on refund or compensation adjustment. Communication through messaging Avari management was not helpful. They would respond back with an AI response at odd hours like midnight or 4 in the morning. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone! And will never return due to lack of cleanliness and communication.
