Trent was a god send, so friendly and he helped us old folks unload our heavy stuff! I don’t know how we could have gotten it hauled in without his generosity. The house was spacious and clean. It literally is the closest to the ocean than any other house in that area. Lovely patio with lots of chairs with an outside dining table AND a working gas grill. Yay! The kitchen is well equipped. Nice dishwasher, oven & microwave. The place is a little worn in places but not enough to bother us. Only three complaints. The sand isn’t cleared to drive more than halfway to the house which would make a big difference in accessibility. The dryer doesn’t work properly. It wouldn’t dry our clothes past one, maybe two loads and the key entry was totally inoperative, leaving us with one key for the door. All in all we enjoyed and would stay again.

Very lovely property directly on the beach with an amazing deck and patio doors to look out of every second of the day. The house was spotless and we were given all of the things we needed to be comfortable in the home.

If you enjoy being "on the beach" this is the place. Parking is a bit of a challenge but it worked out OK. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Dauphin island is amazing! The house is perfect for you to sit on the deck and watch dolphins literally all day. Very clean. House is on the smaller side but worked great for our family. Would book again
