On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, etc., as well as a guest bathroom with a washing machine. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and the shower room. For families with small children, a cot with a changing table, a high chair, and a handcart are available. A parking space with a charging station for electric cars is located next to the house; the terrace opens directly off the living room and is furnished with patio furniture and a beach chair. The garden shed contains sun loungers, a parasol, and a charcoal grill. It also serves as storage for bicycles and similar items and is for the exclusive use of the apartment.
The house is located directly behind the dike in a quiet area.
It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the town centre with the harbour or to the spa centre.
