Elegantly Furnished Apartment in Dresden with a Bicycle, Near the City Center

For your visit to Dresden, we offer you a stylishly furnished holiday apartment. The apartment is just under 40 square metres in size and features a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The bright and inviting living room faces south towards Peschelstraße, while the bedroom faces north towards the courtyard.
A small wood-burning stove adds a special touch of cosiness during the colder months.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, along with another holiday rental.

The apartment has been lovingly renovated in a classic style. The floor has been covered with white-oiled wooden planks, the doors have been restored with attention to detail, and high-quality wooden windows have been installed. Allergy sufferers in particular will feel right at home.
The apartment is furnished with a pleasant combination of historic and modern furniture.

The holiday rental is a non-smoking apartment. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. A modern ventilation system supplies the apartment with fresh air. There are seating areas in the courtyard.
Towels and bed linens are provided free of charge. A portable cot and a wooden high chair can be provided for small children.

Ample free parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the holiday rental.

For bike trips, a total of 3 women’s bikes and 5 men’s bikes (26-inch and 28-inch) are available at no extra charge for the two holiday apartments. Please bring your own bike helmets. Please note that use of the provided bikes is at your own risk.

It takes only about 15 minutes to bike to city centre.

There are several shopping options nearby. Two bakeries are within walking distance, one of which is also open on Sundays. Otherwise, the “Elbepark” shopping centre—also within walking distance—offers a wide range of shopping options.

There is a seating area in the green, car-free courtyard. From Monday through Friday, parts of the courtyard are shared with a small daycare centre until around 4:00 p.m.
