This is our second time of renting from this host. The property is fantastic, exactly like described plus always little extras that make your stay amazing. Like pool toys, beach boards, wagons and a very nice coffee bar. This property Never disappoints it is conveniently located to the pier shopping and food access to the beach Is easy and the pool is always maintained. We will be back next year!

Overall, it was a comfortable stay with standard amenities. The kitchen was convenient, and the fridge was very clean. The laundry is outside the unit and requires payment using an app or laundry card. A few laundry pods were provided but no fabric softener sheets. Five small beach towels were provided in the linen closet, but no other beach amenities were found. At about 8 AM on the weekdays, construction started on the floor above, and it sounded like a lot of drilling and cutting. I know that it was mentioned that renovations were in progress. The shared bathroom toilet had a ring of black mold around the water level line, and we could not find any toilet cleaning brushes in the apartment. We also could not find windex so the glass dining table was cleaned with a damp paper towel and touch of dish detergent. There was a dead cockroach in the living room.

I'm sorry you felt the need to give us a below 5 star rating. We are not required to supply laundry supplies, but do leave starter supply of laundry detergent and the ad also says coin operated laundry on each floor. As for no toilet brush there is one in the master bathroom, and I can't understand why there would be a ring inside when it had been cleaned and inspected shortly before your arrival. If you read the ad prior to booking you will see there is ongoing concrete restoration which is on the south side of the building not above your reserved unit.
