Unfortunately, our stay would have been more enjoyable had the property been completely cleaned..too many things that should have been cleaned up were missed including a razor on the floor from a prior customer, if I had a small child, there’s even a hole in the ground near the fence line where a small child or even an a small adult could slip through and fall right off the cliff, the fence needs to be brought back there or something needs to be done to ensure the safety of all guests. Had I had a small child with, this trip could have been a nightmare.When given the feedback about our issues in the cabin, I was given denial of some of my claims even though there were two of us (two sets of eyes) who stayed there and I had pictures with time stamps in the photo info! I don’t know why a customer would make up something like this but it’s strange to deny even with proof?Apparently two housekeepers cleaned this cabin..and then someone else does a walk through when they’re done cleaning.. is what I registered from the envelope they leave and from what I was told and even that third person misses all these things too…Because of the uncleanliness and the denial of issues I encountered, I wouldn’t book again with Cascade Vacation Rentals.
