Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Property is nicely decorated and first impressions great! Updated showers are lovely. We enjoyed our week together and location wonderful. Beach was beautiful- love that it’s a small building and less guests competing for a spot at pool or beach. Newer elevator - never had to wait. Would consider staying again - However A few minor repairs/ updates are needed- thresholds were cracked - door to master bath didn’t close- the dryer needed a filter and therefore we couldn’t use it- refrigerator difficult to stay shut - pots and pans had loose handles- bare minimum in kitchen for cooking- no large bowls to mix anything- mattresses old and uncomfortable. (Floors appeared free of sand however were dirty and our feet were black if we didn’t walk around in socks) But this didn’t keep us from having fun. Very quiet location- close to everything! Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Family vacation

From the check in process to the check out process it all was easy. The only issue that arose was the bath drain backed up from the first use and a report was made and we were told maintenance would fix and never showed up, other than that it was a very enjoyable experience and would return again

Great vacay but 2 out of 4 mattresses need replaced badly.

The property location and as a whole is great! The mattresses need replaced except two of them. We made sure everyone had their own room and bed and we had to double up anyway because there are only two comfortable beds and the pull out couch needs replaced as well ( we tried that too). Overall it was a great vacay but the master bedroom mattress is rough.

Probably won’t stay at Romar again.

The condo overall met our expectations. However the toilets in both bathrooms leaked at the base, the sprayer in the kitchen had a crack in and the biggest complaint I would have is the beds were super hard. My husband and I couldn’t really sleep because of it being painful. When you go on vacation it’s a time of relaxation not a time to go back to the stone ages.

A solid “B+” but not an “A.”

The location, cleanliness, and the amazing view were all superb, but the property had some issues that should’ve either been addressed or disclosed to VRBO prior to being offered for booking. Regardless, I would not hesitate to stay there again, and I give kudos to both the property management group’s maintenance man and the building’s HOA, both of whom were quick to address the issues that could be resolved during our stay.

View was great

The view was great. Property was not ready by check in time. Was not clean. The showers would not drain; I messaged management about it and they responded that they put in a work order but the issue was never resolved. Mold or something black was visualized on the ceiling by the air vents. Dishes were dirty. Overall the unit is gross but the view is beautiful!

Great location but horrible customer support

Upon arrival of our 5 day stay. On arrival day We notified the building maintenance that one of the fan in the room didn't work, master bathroom tub was clogged and living room TV remote was not working. Not to mention that a lot of power outlets weren't working and the kitchen sink had this nasty oder... I had to get some vinger and bleach to run throughout the lines to get the smell out and when told them, I got from them they opened a ticket and no one ever showed. I wished, their maintenance can provide better service it they charge us high fees.

The condo was great - the premises were not as great - the managing company Liquid Life was TERRIBLE

I loved the condo. It was spacious and nicely decorated. However, the stacked washer/dryer were extremely noisy and sounded like a jet airplane taking off so i only started a load when i knew we wouldn't be there. Romar Tower only houses about 36 units - which we liked. Disappointments were: The pool was very small, the grills are in the parking lot (not on the beach side), there is only one elevator and so the wait was sometimes long and didn't work properly the first 3 days we were there, there is no "front desk" so any concerns had to be called in or drive to Liquid Life. The managing company Liquid Life was absolutely TERRIBLE! We were there for two weeks and I had to go to the office 3 times to request pillow cases for the master bedroom (none were there) and the WiFi didn't work. The user/password did not work nor would any of our devices pick up the signal. Liquid Life promised to have someone drop off pillow cases and promised to check with the owners about the WiFi and call us. NONE OF THIS WAS TAKEN CARE OF and on the third time that i went in to inquire about these things, i was basically called a liar by one of the Liquid Life workers because she said that there weren't any notes made about my complaints. I WILL NEVER BOOK THROUGH LIQUID LIFE AGAIN - EVER! We have been going to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores for 20+ years and this is the worst company that i've ever worked with!!

Sub-par compared to other properties

My girlfriends and I take at least one trip a year to the Orange Beach area and stay in a beachfront condo. Here are some things we encountered with this particular property that was unexpected/disappointing: 1. The dishwasher would not drain. We reported the problem. A guy came to fix it - unsuccessfully. We had to hand-wash dishes the entire time. The owners of the property have to approve a replacement. They did not while we were there. 2. Despite informing the management company that there would be 5 guests, we were only provided with minimal linens (exactly 4 washcloths and 6 towels). We asked Liquid Life for more, but were told that due to supply-chain issues, they could not provide any more supplies. Since Walmart's supply-chain seemed to be okay, we bought additional washcloths. I'm not sure what the expectation should be if we would have had the 10 guests that the condo is able to hold/sleep. 3. Other maintenance issues: the outlet in the master bathroom could be pulled out from the wall; the tubs in both bathrooms did not drain well (gross); the guest bathtub had a major crack in it (poorly patched); and it seemed as though the cleaning people had not swept or mopped before we arrived. Generally, the place was in disrepair, and we were not provided supplies sufficient for the number of guests. I'm not sure if this is the owner's fault or the management company's fault. Either way, this particular property was not on the same level as places we have stayed in the past.

The owner of this property needs to a lot of work in the room before renting to other guest.

The check in process was pretty easy but once we got into the room we had multiple problems first there was mold on the air vents in the living room area we called for maintenance, which showed up and sprayed for the mold but even he agreed with us this would need to be further looked at after we left, the balcony had several chipped tiles, the guest bathroom there is a crack in the shower, the master bath has no working plug and is about to fall out of the wall, the drying is missing the lint trap so when drying clothes it gets all over them and take a while to dry, the washing machine is also out of balance and sound like it about to fall apart when washing. This condo is accompanied for 10 people we had 9 and were only given 4 towels 1 hand towel and 2 washcloths and were told by liquid life that’s all they could give. Also with 9 people and luggage we had 3 cars ask if there was any way to pay for a third parking pass and was unable but the parking lot had maybe 20 cars in the parking lot at all time the whole time we stayed. There is also no one on site to deal with problems not even security except to put a will be towed sticker on the third car with us at 11:30 pm and when we went out to move the car maybe an hour later no one to be found, the car had been in the parking lot maybe an hour no time to even take the car anywhere else while trying to unload and get settled. Over all very disappointed in the owner of this property and the Liquid life management group. Until the owner can fix some of the problem and the management group and make accommodations for 10 people like they advertise for a condo that size would NOT recommend this place to any one. Also pictures of the problems we notice were sent the second full day of our stay with no response to my email all they did was sent out a maintenance worker with no warning and he was coming about the mold which had already been sprayed for.

Great view

Overall the place was close to everything we needed and had a great view, beach access, and a clean pool. These were are main requests however, the condo needed updated. It was clean however some of the walls needed clean and the carpet in the bedrooms need to be replaced. The pocket doors in the master bedroom bathroom were awful and hard to open and close. The balcony had a great view but was in need of review and the floor was very sticky.
