This home was perfect for us and our friends. We loved the proximity to the beach and the pool was perfect! It was also nice having the beach rental equipment and the fenced yard for our friend’s dog. We would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful newly renovated property with modern finishes and a short walk to the beach. The pool and backyard are great for families with children. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely come again. We did have trouble with communication due to the VRBO app not sending any incoming messages. Fortunately Tim with the property management was able to reach out via text to get us checked in.All-in-all a great vacation!

Perfect quiet getaway for stress-free vacation

We were very pleased with this house it was exceptionally clean, newly renovated construction and well taken care of. We were very happy and will come back again!

Fantastic property with a beautiful primary suite! The location is ideally located with close proximity to the beach and restaurants on the island. The pool in the backyard is beautiful and the grounds are extremely well cared for. The owners of this property are very responsive and we had an amazing experience!

Great location, very nice home, comfortable beds, AC worked great, awesome pool, lots of beach towels and chairs. The only issues were that the fridge filtered water dispenser & ice maker didn’t work well and the sink water / showers didn’t get cold. Also, the host expects the guests to buy our own refills of paper towels and toilet paper. Besides that, the host was quick to respond to any requests we had. I would stay here again for sure.

We are delighted you liked this home and its location. We did not know about the fridge filter or ice maker so thank you for bringing it to our attention so we can check that it’s working properly. Part of coastal life is when the outside temperatures get hot, especially near 100 degrees, the inside water temperature gets a little warm. We are happy to provide a starter set of supplies for our properties to help out until guests can get to the store for what they need. Thank you for staying with us.

We really enjoyed the house. We will definitely be coming back. The neighborhood is super quiet. I do wish that the pool was lit up and the backyard had some better lighting. But my six-year-old had a blast in the pool. Still get this property 10/10

We enjoyed our stay. The housewas very modern and well appointed. There were a few issues with ant's and other bugs that developed as the week progressed. The house next door was under construction so we chalked the excessive activity to that taking place. The pool was a homerun and there was ample shade throughout the backyard to allow us to spend the entire day outside. The neighborhood (aside from the construction each week day at 7:30am) was quiet. It was a quick walk to the beach and short drive to the stores when needed. If you are looking for a quite, laid back experience we recommend this property. We would stay again.
