Conveniently situated for birding around Lake Lilly – either at Alexander Street or St. Pete’s Beaches – Luminaire offers a slice of heaven for anyone. For guests who’d rather simply curl up with a book or enjoy preparing a delicious home-cooked meal for family and friends, the home features a screened-in porch, well-appointed kitchen with gas range, griddle and outdoor barbeque. Other amenities include an outdoor shower, unlimited (on-demand) hot water, original artwork, and thoughtfully-crafted architectural details. Parking for one car on property. Street parking as well.
