Unwind in Camanche at this wonderful apartment. The space features one cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a quaint living room that includes a comfortable sofa bed. Guests enjoy a clean bathroom with a refreshing shower, plus climate control to keep things just right. Whether relaxing indoors or planning your day, this excellent spot offers a peaceful retreat. This place is 30 min from Quad Citys and little over and hour to Iowa City. You will have off street parking in a great residential neighborhood. You will have access to sit by the Mississippi river and a boat dock is 2 blocks away. You are more than welcome to use the basketball hoop or the pickle ball court and the outside fire place. This is a top apartment therefore you will have full access to the top balcony. We look forward to hosting you at our place..

Frank and Misti were such generous hosts. We stayed over on the night of the 4th of July so we knew it would be louder than usual but we had the best overlook for watching the fireworks. They even offered us some of their grilled food-hot dog and hamburger. Really, super lovely couple who were flexible in our check-in and check-out times to maximize our vacation stay. I would highly recommend this property.

If you are thinking about booking this property over a motel in Clinton or in the area, just do it! Frank was great to work with and super nice guy! After the events we went to all day it was nice to come back and relax on the comfortable couch watching tv and then go to bed. This VRBO is newly built and really clean and quiet and you can have your morning coffee out on the deck with a view of the Mississippi. There is also a pickleball court right outside your door if you are into that. It was also nice that they are pet friendly! We will definitely stay here again, as we have family in the area.Thanks!
