This place is 30 min from Quad Citys and little over and hour to Iowa City. You will have off street parking in a great residential neighborhood. You will have access to sit by the Mississippi river and a boat dock is 2 blocks away. You are more than welcome to use the basketball hoop or the pickle ball court and the outside fire place. This is a top apartment therefore you will have full access to the top balcony. We look forward to hosting you at our place..

If you are thinking about booking this property over a motel in Clinton or in the area, just do it! Frank was great to work with and super nice guy! After the events we went to all day it was nice to come back and relax on the comfortable couch watching tv and then go to bed. This VRBO is newly built and really clean and quiet and you can have your morning coffee out on the deck with a view of the Mississippi. There is also a pickleball court right outside your door if you are into that. It was also nice that they are pet friendly! We will definitely stay here again, as we have family in the area.Thanks!
